HSA Software Design is a Dubai-based automation engineering company founded in 2020. We specialize in PLC automation, SCADA systems, and Siemens PCS7 solutions for industrial clients across the Middle East and beyond.
Our team brings hands-on experience from major industrial projects in oil & gas, energy, manufacturing, and infrastructure. We don’t just program PLCs — we engineer complete control solutions, from design through commissioning and long-term support.
As a sister company to Heurtier Services (Istres, France), we combine the agility of a focused engineering firm with the depth of an established automation group.
